Dishonest people work here defiantly not mature adults. Definitely not good with money either. Downright criminals won't let me access my account when the money is there because they just told me it was there.
I applied for a loan and community first was great customer service was outstanding they approved my loan in 2 days with low payments and interest And a special thanks to Cindy who helped me every step of the way and answered any questions I had.
I've had community first ever since I've moved to iowa. The ATMS are constantly broken. Nothing is worse than going across town to use a brand new atm and it's broken. They seem to be down every third time I need them. Seriously.
Worked with a teller named Amanda recently. She was very nice and efficient. Made it hassle free to cash my check.
Do not use this credit union for investment services. The advisor does not return phone calls nor emails. I was charged fees for their mistake.
