Do not use this credit union. They are unethical, rude, and non-responsive. My 65 yr old friend tried to buy $66K condo the was being sold by Community 1st Credit Union. The co-signed Purchase and Sale Agreement contained a financing contingency. The sale of the property was contingent upon the buyer receiving financing from a lender. My friend's lending institution informed him that the Condo was not eligible for conventional financing because too many of the units in the complex were over 30 days past due on their HOA dues... read more
