Friendly staff that have answered all my questions
This is a property management company that oversees many HOA's in the area. We have had an ongoing issue for more than 2 years, and nothing gets done about it, even contacting the president of our HOA does no good. There's an island of overgrown foliage on Club Manor Drive, between 337 and 335. Staff is always friendly, but never any progress, even with the manager.
I noticed that the HOA's board like this company but the HOA owners don't. I am a owner so I fall in the category where I do not like this company. I can believe the ex employee comments regarding how they are train to say the manager is not available because that is the message I get all of the time, and of course THE MANAGER NEVER RETURNS CALLS.
