This management group has been the most responsive, professional, competent, and communicative that I, as a homeowner and Realtor, have experienced in the 20 years I have owned a home in this community. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
HOA violation is that I have weeds on the sidewalks and driveway. Are the weeds here in the photo?! I have a landscaper that comes every other week to service my home and the one across the street. Yet I have HOA violations for weeds that don’t exist? These people are scammers or are someone keeps getting addresses wrong
Great company to work for as a vendor! Easy to communicate with and pays on time. As a vendor we can always tell when a management company cares about the properties they manage and Communities First does!
Friendly staff that have answered all my questions
This is a property management company that oversees many HOA's in the area. We have had an ongoing issue for more than 2 years, and nothing gets done about it, even contacting the president of our HOA does no good. There's an island of overgrown foliage on Club Manor Drive, between 337 and 335. Staff is always friendly, but never any progress, even with the manager.
