Abby is Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I just called to try and schedule an appointment for my LO and Abby was very rude, she was talking extremely too fast and I felt as if she was rushing and she did not want to answer any questions.
I would not recommend..While the therapist my daughter worked with was great and she made great progress there, working with the office was a nightmare!!!..My insurance,whok I also work for, covers all ASD therapies 100% as long as they are identified as being for ASD. They billed my insurance as though my daughter had a speech issue outside of autism which caused the services to be applied to my deductible and made me pay out of pocket. "I would advise caution when considering this speech therapy session for your child. Based on my personal experience, I found that the therapists struggled to accommodate my child's energetic and strong-willed personality. Despite initially working with a specific therapist, Ms. Hannah, I later discovered through a phone call that my child had been rotated through multiple therapists without my knowledge or consent.
