I am writing this as a warning to anyone else who is struggling. I have no income and no insurance, and I thought this clinic was supposed to be a safety net. I was wrong. I’ve been waiting a month for an appointment, only to be told that if I don’t show up with $55 in hand, I won’t be seen. I make less than 5% of the Federal Poverty Level due to a chronic neurological condition that makes it impossible to work without my medication. I like how quick and easy my first experience was.
Amazing dental service from start to finish. Rosalinda at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made the check-in easy. The dental assistant, Topazio, answered all my questions about what the visit would entail, and I didn't feel lost during the process. Dr. Garcia's directions were easy to understand. He had some great demonstrations and he's just stellar with patients. Lastly, Mia and Marisol, the hygienist, gave great advice for future visits. I would definitely recommend this place!
