I’m 32 weeks pregnant and recently switched over to Luckey Ranch location due to it being MUCH closer to where I live, and so far so good. Dr. Luo is super friendly, personable, very knowledgeable, and seems to have a more laid back approach to pregnancy in comparison to some other OBs I’ve experienced. Despite my ‘advanced maternal age’, everything so far has been normal, and Dr. Luo hasn’t made me feel like I should be anxious or worried about anything, and I appreciate that a lot. First time visit to this location and I left surprised at how well my experience went. From the front office, to my interaction with Dr. Bies and his staff, everyone provided a high level of professionalism and customer service. I was seen within minutes of my appointment time and everything was done in an expedient manner, which I appreciate due to my work commitments. This will be my medical care facility for all future needs.
