Staff was very nice.
They sell me a van and ask for a depositar In order to hold the van. I ask to put a deposit on my credit card they agree . Tell me I will get the amount of deposit the next day and instrucción on sending rest of funds as we were buying the vehicle in cash. This being the 3rd vehicle we have bought from them and the next day I get an e mail saying they sold it and that credit card deposito are not accepted? Will never buy a van from them again. 1. They delivered my van with an empty tank of gas and have yet to provide any compensation. When you buy a new car you would expect the dealer to give you a full tank of gas yet alone not put 600 miles on the van driving it to you and showing up dirty. 2. They were over three weeks late in delivering the van and had nothing to say or offer for it. They demanded full payment up front while they financed all inventory so they are able to use your funds to finance there business and for ot... read more
