I went in looking for help, after losing my brother to murder, begging for help basically. The manager took 30 looking through my insurance, trying to figure out how she could charge me or get me out of her office. After not fi ding anything she said she would contact me about a bill. They did offer me a doctor for my meds, just a therapist. Meanwhile my mental health is on the decline. I don't understand why it is so hard to get compassion or empathy from health care providers these days????

I had an appointment at 9:30 to see the nurse. I was told no nurse was here until 10:00. It was such an Inconvenience on me. This is the second time something like this has happened to me. They need a nurse here every day not just on Tuesdays and Thursdays!! Since they have changed things around, it’s just not the same here. I have been coming here for years and I am disappointed in the way things in the Alliance office has been changing.

I got a missed call from commquest called in to see why because my voicemail was down(switched phone plans) front desk lady idk her name though, was very rude and basically called me a liar! Here is the photo proof of the missed call and what time I called back! I think she needs some education on how to talk on phone! Everyone else at Commquest has been amazing to me though!! THIS IS NOT DIRECTED AT THE TWO ORIGINAL LAIDES!! They have always been sweet to me!

Very unprofessional, told me I call too much and that I better stop calling because they are unequipped to deal with my stress and trauma. They passively insult me every time I call and promise to send my message along and don't. They say that they are working tirelessly to get me counseling support but it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. My mental health has went downhill significantly since starting here
