I have a lease, and I’ve been waiting for a part for over a year. The part still hasn’t arrived, and I know at this point that it probably won’t. Because of this, the property has not been able to pass inspection. As a result, I’ve had to pay additional expenses to maintain certain services and obtain or renew required licenses. I came in with a specific car in mind. Seth had it ready for a test drive when I arrived. We took a nice drive - surface streets, highway, etc. He was knowledgable about the car and personable in conversation. When we got back, it was a no hassle negotiation and signed the deal.
