"I recently purchased a Volkswagen Taos from Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence, Ma, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My salesperson, Hans, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and completely patient throughout the process without ever being pushy. The financing went very smoothly, with everything explained clearly, and they answered all my questions. My only minor complaint is that they left the cleaning supplies and packaging in the back of the vehicle, but overall, it was a fantastic experience."

Update 6/22/2026 - Commonwealth VW service department came through for me again and I was very pleased with their services. My vehicle has lug nut locks (who knew?) and Commonwealth was able to help me out when I showed up with no appointment around 12:30 PM on a Saturday. I purchased a brand new 2026 Volkswagen Atlas R-Line from Commonwealth Volkswagen in November 2025. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. Since purchasing the vehicle, it has been in the service department four separate times for the same recurring issue.
