I would give 0 stars. You're servicng department at Commonwealth VW in lawrence is terrible. You need new staff or they all need to be retrained. On October 3rd, I had a scheduled oil change for my leased 24' atlas . My car was making some noises after, which i did not think anything of it. Tuesday morning, My car was making horrible LOUD screeching noises coming from the front of the car. It was mostly when I accelerated. Horrible service. I scheduled an oil change, waited 40 min and they didn't even start working on my car, although I had an appointment and I arrived on time. When I asked what's going on, the service guy said that it takes at least 1.5h for an oil change. No kidding, if after 40 min they didn't even start working on my car. Horrible. I do not recommend.
EVERTHING went very smoothly and was able to pick up my car the next day! Would recommend highly.
