I was told until I went to Dr he recommended in colonial heights to get cataracts removed, I would not be able to see clearly. I went to another Dr. In suffolk and she changed my prescription. With new glasses I see just fine. Clear close and far. On my experience, I would not recommend at all.

Don’t waste your time!! They don’t appreciate your business so go somewhere else!! Both receptionist and Dr. are rude!!! I scheduled two appointments for my boys. The receptionist told me to come at 2:30. When we arrived she told me that one of the appointments was at 2:00. I told her that I was told 2:30! She then proceeded to tell me that she can only squeeze in one of them at 2:30 which confused me because we had a 2:30 appointment. I highly recommend NOTto use this company for any eye care needs. Wrong prescription office staff is incompetent lost part of my medical records and was not even concerned. Had to go to different eye dr to get correct RX I told them RX was not right with contacts and glasses and they didn’t show any concern no offer to recheck etc

If you want to get ripped off you're going to the right place. I went there to get my eyes checked after hadn't been in couple years and after receiving my new prescription. I knew it wasn't right so after calling them and telling them it wasn't right I went to another eye doctor in Farmville who checked my eyes again and it was the same as 2 years before so mr blackstone eye doctor is ripping the ins companies off I guess what other reason for it? I reported and the state of Virginia has a case against them now so beware!
