I finally met Dr. Sunil. He’s welcoming and knowledgeable on what he does. He shares his expertise and pains of his male clients who need special care especially in pelvic health. As a male pelvic floor physical therapist, who also provides hands on care, ARTIZO aligns with Dr. Sunil’s mission to help every man in the community. Highly recommended!
I'm 34. I came in for decreased force in my urinary stream. The Dr did a uflowmetry study and a cytoscopy. Dr. is knowledgeable, efficient, and professional but tends to be slightly rude, but I don't think he realizes it, i.e. cuts you off while speaking, rushes the appointment to end when he is done explaining, disregards your concerns, and, in general, made me feel like an idiot at times. I had to go look for a 2nd opinion. But the examination and tests themselves were adequate.
SUMMARY: Dr. Patel is wonderful if you can find the will to deal with the office location and reception. Dr. Patel was very helpful and very informative. He actively listened to my concerns and created a plan with me to improve my overall health. I would give Dr. Patel 5 stars if I could, but I have ceased treatment with this particular office and went elsewhere due to the demeanor and lack of assistance from his reception area. Rude receptionist got annoyed that I asked about earlier appointments and whether she could get a message to the doctor about medical imaging before my appointment.
Doctor Patel was great! Described the procedure comprehensively before and post surgery and the operation was a success.
