Okay so idk where to begin, but first I wish I could make a 1 star a negative one. Soooo me and my husband are buying our house. We ended up with these ppl smh worst mistake ever!!!. They send a letter that u need to sign for and have 10 days to contact them on y ur being dropped blahhh blahhh blahhhh. So we had to look up the number as the papers didnt have one🤦♀️. So we calling and calling... leaving voicemails on top of voicemails. Nothing or no answer. So finally we get a hold of someone and tell me y they dropping us ... read more
We used them for several years, until we have had our first claim. Act of God, huge unexpected storm so customer open a claim and got paid in full. Underwriters sent a letter terminating us. Totally unprofessional, uncompassionate and rude. Yes, they are somewhat good until they pay a claim so they will kick you out
