Commonwealth handled my close. Terrible service. Received draft closing statement 1 wk prior to close. Pointed out 2 hoa's not included and provided copies of both info's AND my wire instructions. Morning of close...1 hoa still missing. Was told "What's the big deal? It's only a couple hundred $'s. Deal with it outside escrow." Was told "Too late to change anything." I met with Jan to finalize my closing, she explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns. Great hospitality and friendly staff including the owner Greg.
Jan and Greg were friendly and welcoming. They made this required task a pleasant experience which seems to be hard to find these days. A visit from Maple was another pleasant surprise.
