Very nice place. They gave me a storage near the gate and easy to find which was a big plus. They also gave me a free lock which i found inside the storage when I first opened it.
The office people are very present to work with
The gate is constantly wide open and doesn't work. You don't get the secure gated facility that you are paying for.
This facility is no longer Storage Wise because they were bought out by Self Plus Storage. I did not receive notification that they were changing (about 3 months after moving in). I have mice droppings in my unit and the price has substantially increased ever since the new ownership. I had great phone and email communication with the previous (Storage Wise) rep I believe her name was Barbara. However, had I known they would be changing over I would have chosen a different location.
