When booking the admin woman (very pushy) demanded I pay the $125 consultation fee for the appointment that was scheduled, despite not processing my insurance for the appointment yet. She demanded a credit card over the phone, before I signed any consent forms, which was incredibly odd as someone who works in a private practice myself.
