I just want to say that Robert and his staff are wonderful!! I had a unique situation involving the repair of a necklace that my Mom has worn 24/7 for the last 40+ years. I asked if this could be done as quickly as possible because Mom has Alzheimer’s and wouldn’t remember that I had the necklace being repaired. This is a week or so over do but I wanted to say what awesome customer service and friendship I get from Commonwealth Silver and Goldsmith. Robert and his staff are outstanding! I am disappointed and not happy at all. I took my 20 inch long gold necklace over there to make it shorter. I asked cut like 3 inch down. I wanted a my necklace to be 17 inch. I don't know what they were thinking but instead of a 17 inch necklace , they handed me 2 pieces. One was 14 inch,( too short for being a necklace) the other one was 6 inch ( what is too short for being a bracelet ). I asked them to fix it. Well, they did.
