I love my RV! I purchased a 2012 Jayco Greyhawk and am very happy with the overall experience. Marc, my salesman, was gracious, accessible and knowledgeable about the various RV's that he showed me. The weather that day was a horrendous upper 90s and when I settled on what I wanted to buy he ensured the generator was running and the AC on. Talk about customer NO service. Upon entering sales person did not introduce himself. I told him we wanted to see the Fleetwood 40L that I had seen online. He didn't know where it was. He opened a gate to the back lot where motorhomes are parked 3 deep. Told us to find it ourselves! While my husband was looking I went back to my car and got the info I had printed. I gave the sales person the stock #. He found the keys and handed them to me. There's was at least 10 keys on this ring. We tried most all of them but none fit thi... read more

Low pressure sales, great inventory. We just bought a diesel pusher and our salesperson, Ken Trippeer, was so very helpful. I'm the kind of guy that can't buy a pair of socks without three trips to Walmart to make sure I've made the best choice. Ken patiently responded to every one of my emails and voicemails promptly, answered all of my questions, and if he didn't know, he admitted it and went to search out the answer. These were the rudest people I’ve ever met. Serious attitude from the moment we walked in the door-and that was only from one salesperson-the others all looked at us and kept on with whatever they were doing. No hello, good morning, nothing...The one that actually spoke was condescending and arrogant. We literally did an “about face” and walked out.
