Don’t even try to get a quote if you live an hour away from Louisville. The guy called me in advance of my appointment, which is fine. He kept repeating that he had to be back to the shop by around 5 to drop off the truck and my appointment was at 3. I explained that I had a leak in the roof that was only 5 years old and it was coming from somewhere around the dormers.
