Poor workmanship, does not accept calls or voice messages.
Commonwealth improperly installed a drip edge on my new roof in 2020 which allowed rain to slowly leak into the walls of my home. Until exterior evidence of the ongoing leaks showed up by way of a single rotted exterior trim piece almost 4 years later, I didn’t know that the studs within the walls were slowly becoming saturated and softening into literal wood pulp. After my roofer of years moved away, I was looking for another with another company. I went with commonwealth roofing based on the 4.8 star reviews. Turned out to be very misleading and nothing short of a nightmare. I could not be more DISAPPOINTED in this company. I would not recommend this company. I went over everything with them in detail.
