I get a MRI and get a bill from the hospital. It’s paid and I think nothing of it. Until a debt collector calls me saying I owe money. Lo and behold this company sent me after two pitiful attempts to receive payment. I didn’t even know to look out for a separate bill than the hospital. The tech was fine and the medical service was good. But the follow up is lacking.
This organization is the absolute worst. You cannot get a person on the phone no matter how many buttons you push, or how long you wait. Ridiculously pitiful company. Pathetic. They won't hesitate to turn an account over to collections, meanwhile no communication from them. Hey, here's a clue, send someone a freaking bill. How about an email? Something.
Sent a bill to collections that I was not notified about 23 month after the service that was paid by my insurance, just shameful, they are part of Bon Secours so I am not surprised at their billing practices
