This company seems very shady. I kept getting debt collector texts about collecting on behalf of Commonwealth Radiology for my dad. I didn't believe it because I had never seen a bill and had no reference to the date of service or anything. When I googled it the reviews all said the same thing. In this day and age with all the scams that exist they need to do a better job. Your first point of contact should never be from a debt collector through a text.
Like other reviewers, I never received a bill directly from Commonwealth Radiology, only found out I owed $18 when I got a text from a debt collector. Their office does not allow you to leave a voicemail and they only accept billing calls for 4 hours per day. I did not choose this practice; my CT scan was routed here through Bon Secours. There is clearly a known issue with billing in this office, I hope these reviews compel them to address it.

Horrible communication !! A debt collector texted me saying I have a collection on a mri bill. I never received an email or mail, or anything from them asking to pay. When I called they said we mailed to you; I asked for the address they sent the letter to, he said I can’t provide that information ! So how would I know if you guys sent it to a wrong address !
