This is a scam. I called and immediately they asked for my bank account number. When I asked questions they hung up on me. When I googled the phone number it comes up with a bunch of different radiology websites and a bunch of reddit posts about how this is a fake bill.
I have called 4 times today and got nothing but music when trying to get connected to a representative. Phone communication with your company sucks
