Update: came last Thursday 2/5/2026 to look at our kitchen stove said yep it needs fixed or replaced haven't heard a word since! Emailed and nothing! I have 3 children and a disabled mother in law living here and just an oven and one burner to cook with! Joke of a rental company! David and Kerri are great people. I’ve had no issues since renting from them a few months ago!
My 80 year old aunt and 56 year old disabled cousin rent from them currently. They only moved in September 1st Its been one issue after another. They are rude and you have to call multiple times to get anything done. If I could find them another place they could afford they would be out of there.
