Truly abysmal primary care facility. Good luck getting anyone at reception to answer a phone to make an appointment. I just waited 20 minutes on hold, then they dropped the call to go on lunch. I have had this issue for years. I have gone here for roughly 4 years now and will be leaving once I'm able to get the medical information and referral I need. Truly horrendous medical practice. Do not go here. Do not waste your time or money. They are not helpful. Cold, uncaring, uncurious. Not what you want from a medical practice.
You can guarantee 2 things at this practice and neither of them are good: 1) the doctors are incredibly rude and their awful bedside manner is rewarded with their ridiculous policy ! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TERRIBLE
This is literally the worst doctor I had to deal with in the last 20 years, Dr. Daniels. I continued to see him over the past years for routine yearly appointments and sick visits. When the time came to when I was having a major medical issue the man literally does nothing. Immediately it’s… he can’t help, go see a specialist.
