This is literally the worst doctor I had to deal with in the last 20 years, Dr. Daniels. I continued to see him over the past years for routine yearly appointments and sick visits. When the time came to when I was having a major medical issue the man literally does nothing. Immediately it’s… he can’t help, go see a specialist. I've had nothing but good experiences here so far. Short waits before appointments (5 to 10 minutes), attentive staff, and prompt communication and prescription refills via the patient portal. Hold times on the phone can be a little long, but I've learned it's just easier to message for some issues, and I've always received a response on the same or next business day. They've also been incredibly kind and helpful while I've been navigating issues trying to get my insurance to cover my medications.
Dr. Daniels was helpful and attentive, as was the nurse who saw me! Procedures and answers to my questions were straightforward. Doctor's notes were also helpful. Scheduling next appointment at front desk was quick. Lobby and rooms looked tidy and clean. Front desk customer service was very weak though. Four people were at the front desk when I walked in, and not one of them bothered to notice I was waiting for someone (until one just happened to finish whatever they were busy with and noticed me then).
