If I could give less than a one star review I would. Rude front desk lady (brown hair in a bun). I could barely get out why I was late before rudely interrupted , which I was only 3 minutes late and waited in line. She said I was 5 minutes late “no actually 6” and couldn’t be seen. First time ever coming here no grace given, rudeness unacceptable. As a RN myself I would never treat a patient that way.
Amazing experience working with Dr. Mathew Reynolds! I needed a PCP right away and not only was he available the day after I called but he was also attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. I felt heard and understood. I then needed blood results sooner rather than later with explanation and the doctor made it a point to call me when results came in. Not a my chart conversation but respectful phone call with in depth thoughts on results. I will continue to go to this doctor. Very professional and cares about his patients!!!!
Worst billing department ever. You pay your copayments and then get more bills in the mail. Since they were bought out a few years back the service has gone down the drain. Wouldn’t recommend.
Ive been seeing Dr Reynolds since he came to the practice probably about 10 yrs ago, love him! I wont see anyone else.
Just joined as a new patient a few weeks ago. Has taken over 2 weeks now to get results from an ultrasound, they said it was going to be a few days. Had a follow up to get blood work done, showed up 10 minutes late due to a work meeting going longer than expected and they refused to see me and made me reschedule. Not very professional.
