I have been trying to get a hold of this company for a leak that was found in our new house build , built by Main Street Homes. Main Street told us to call them specifically since they know where every pipe should be that they installed. No one will answer the phone, so thanks for being there for Main Street up front and not the customer of the actual home.
Mr. jay project manager failed to follow up on the manufacturing warranty for a leaking defected tub shower cracking and leaking water.. pictures were taken by their plumber from mid March19 .spoke with project manager Mr. Jay march24th and April24th. Still no response it is now May 4th 2026 Iget no response just voice mail. My house is just now 2 yrs old builded by contractor "Finer homes"
