Mike and Richard came out , gave an estimate, showed up when they said they would. We're so kind, friendly and respectful of my home. Work was done in timely fashion on estimate. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Thanks guys
Great experience! Had a stopped up sink that needed unclogging, called and was given estimate over phone and service arrived same day! Staff was friendly, courteous and professional! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
It took them 2 weeks and a couple of phone calls to get them to show up. They were here for 3 hours & 45 minutes total and 45 of that was going back to their shop for parts. Mike ran an excavator for 3 hours(normal cost is $100/hr). He used less than $30 in materials and charged $1500 for the repair, $500 would have been high. When I asked how much he charged per hour, I was told he doesn’t price repairs by the hour. Not pricing by the hour is code for, “I’m ripping you off”. I would not recommend them.
