Love this place! The lactation consultants are amazing and so helpful. Dr. Little is an amazing pediatrician!
I called for an urgent reason and after 2 hours still no call back. None the less the person that took my information really struggled to take our information. Guess I will call again Update: on 10/18 they never called me, I called again after two hours and they said they will get back quickly. It has been almost 180 mins and trying to decide if I should take my child to urgent care but now it is too late and now pharmacy are closed. We will be leaving. I’m COMPLETELY disgusted with the front desk receptionist her customer service deserves a 0 star. They have a 15 minute grace period for tardiness and I called well ahead of time to let them know that we’d be a few minutes late. My navigation put me there at 3:13P however traffic was thick because of construction. I arrived right at 3:15P but I am pregnant and had to park far away and by the time I got to the desk the receptionist let me know it was 3:17P.
