We’ve been going here for 8 years and while the doctors and nurses are all very nice, they are NEVER on time. Even first thing in the morning. Our most recent visit we waited 50 minutes past our appointment time for a 2 minute medication check-in. This could have been a phone call instead of a wasted hour of time.
Raised both of my kids in this practice…could always get an appointment same day at one of the offices and have loved working with all of the doctors and NP’s!
I took my 14 y/o son in for a checkup and when my granddaughter(6 y/o) found out that I was taking her uncle, she "insisted" that I take her babydoll, Gummies to get "checked out" as well,because her mother(my daughter) left him in the garage over night. My granddaughter said to 'make sure' that I take his height and ask the Dr if he will live or not😳 because he is so cold. Never had an issue booking urgent appointments. Quality of care is average, but it’s the same everywhere.
We truly appreciated the spotless condition of the building and the warm, attentive customer service from the reception staff. The nurse’s kindness and expertise made us feel comfortable, and the physician's thorough and caring approach truly impressed us. She patiently answered all our questions, which meant a lot. My teenage niece excitedly shared how much she loved visiting here.
