I had a very good experience today! Everyone was nice and courteous and they listened to me! I really like it there and I’m looking forward to being a patient ❤️
The staff member that did my initial intake once in the room was very helpful with helping me understand the process. She was truly a wonderful person on the inside and seemingly enjoys what she does. The Dr. was very very kind and actually made me feel like I was being listened to. This has been a very long and painful journey and having someone actually listen and show genuine concern was very much overdue for me during this process.
