I don't have to wait long. They do a fantastic job.
It's difficult to understand how your providers can be so caring, competent, and thoughtful while your scheduling department (AI?) is so inept, thoughtless, and irresponsible. Since you are the only game in town, I guess I'm stuck. I certainly hope that you can somehow manage to improve.
