Super Rude and unprofessional individuals! Don’t know anything and they can’t do anything for you. Don’t waste your time with these people.
Called for assistance and spoke with Karen...very rude. all she said was what she could not do.. admonished me and terminated call. If I could give a zero, I would. Not a professional way to treat someone.
