If you live in northern Kentucky, you may be tempted to make an appointment with a specialist from the Commonwealth Orthopaedic Centers. Don't. They just opened new offices on Rt. 42, and normally I would say this is good for local residents. We need experienced orthopedic specialists. However, they "triple book" appointments. What this means is for every appointment at 8 am with every doctor, there are three patients. Same with 8:15 and 8:30 and throughout the day. This place is a joke!!! I have never experienced such a horrible doctors appt ever! The receptionist were rude. I was in awe the first 5 mins after walking through the door! My fiancee seen Dr.Welch and he was the rudest doctor ever! He was insensitive and acted like we were lying about my fiancees pain. He actually rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed at us.
