If I could rate ZERO I would. Avoid this place at all cost if you actually want something done. Scheduled my first appointment got my xrays. An MRI was ordered. Ordered to a facility that does not accept my insurance. So they ordered another one to a different location which ofcourse got denied. 2 months later still fighting to get an MRI. My insurance said my doctor had to do a peer to peer. Which Commonwealth said they did, but lied as there is no record with my insurance.
Very disappointing experience. Process to identify knee injury and determining plan for fixing =$270.00 in Co-pays and 3 days taken off work for appointments. Was told during last/3rd visit, I would need to make another appointment to speak with doctor who preforms surgery (take one more day off work and $90.00 more dollars).
I dont know about mentioning my doctors name & what kida HIPAA violations that might be lol but my doctor is the best! Ive had quite a few injuries & my doc has always helped me out & fixed the problem & was amazing! Commonwealth Orthopedic is the best around! I appreciate the doctors & people over there at COA! From the receptionist to the doctors, it was an A+, first class experience the whole way through.
Dr Savelloni is hands down the best doctor ever! He recently did an ankle ligament repair surgery on me, and everything is going great so far. He listens to you, makes you feel comfortable, and has great bedside manner!
