I chose this oral surgery because of the reviews. So it's only fitting that I try to help out the next person. I can't decide between one and two stars. I went with two because at the moment at least I think the extraction and bone graft might still be viable. I don't know that. I did not like the surgeon, Dr. Deasy. I went in stressed. Very unprofessional staff starting with Kathy in their scheduling and call staff . After days of my dental office calling and sending them all of my information they were just unhelpful . They were Unprofessional and didn’t even help someone out just trying to make an appointment while having everything they needed with referral shame on this staff which is apparently lead by Kathy . I went with the second referral place LMS took me 1 min dental office sent them my info via email good to go . I recommend LMS hands down
WARNING: DO NOT patronize Commonwealth Oral and Facial Surgery in Lansdale. I had a HORRIBLE experience with them. The staff is rude and disorganized. They were deceptive. Dr. Spampata was snide and sarcastic. I am still trying to straighten out my insurance coverage with them. They use deceptive billing practices. AVOID them. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor/dentist in my entire life. UGH.
From the front desk to the doctor & nurse’ it was the best experience. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed & the healing process is amazing! THANK YOU THANK YOU!
