This bank is horrible, the customer service is horrible! Have been with them since 2001, have had multiple issues with them holding deposits for days at a time before in my account, them taking money from daughters account without permission with NO authorization nor notice. Your money is not safe here. There fees are horrible, they are not convenient, there app sucks also. Keep your money safe don’t use this bank trust me!

Over the years the service has just become worse and worse. There has been a super high turnover so you don't get to work with the same people like you used to be able to do. Their drive-thru closes at 6:00 now which they never had the consideration to change on Google. I just drove there to make a deposit through a thunderstorm and their drive-thru was closed, they didn't provide any deposit envelopes to be able to use their night deposit box nor do their ATMs allow deposits.
