Over the years the service has just become worse and worse. There has been a super high turnover so you don't get to work with the same people like you used to be able to do. Their drive-thru closes at 6:00 now which they never had the consideration to change on Google. I just drove there to make a deposit through a thunderstorm and their drive-thru was closed, they didn't provide any deposit envelopes to be able to use their night deposit box nor do their ATMs allow deposits. I have banked here a # of years The hours change daily it seems .Money was taken from my account a bank employee gave me paperwork to possibly get my money back I provided all the info I had, didn't matter bank did not refund my money.In the past the bank would call if your acct was overdrawn or the screen outside of bank would show if you we're overdrawn it suddenly quit doing that !I have pd thousands in overdraft fees this place does not care yet they call people members ok members of what????
