I had an aweful experience. I would be very careful. Basically, they took my $500 deposit and left me with nothing. Watch out for the appraisers they hire. Know your rights and make sure they hire someone who knows your area. Once the appraisal came back low (which was ridiculously off by a large amount compared to 2 other third party appraisers), they kept the $500 and told me they couldn’t help me in any way. Excellent experience refinancing my house with cash out for a pool. Everyone I worked with responded quickly to any questions and e-mails. I would highly recommend if you are looking for refinance or other mortgage type!! Everything went smoothly!! It says no closing costs, but I had about 3600.00 in closing costs so may vary with type of loan acquired.
We had an amazing experience with them....Julie and her team are great!!!
