Commonwealth Hospice is doing a terrific job. When my grandmother passed away they took care of her and gave her the outmost respect and care that she deserved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs someone to take care of their love ones with their last days.
I can not recommend this hospice agency. The nurse came out on the second day to do an evaluation. That is all she did. I assume she ordered the meds and supplies. The meds he needed came 4 days later and the supplies 6 or 7 days later. They ordered multiple bottles of drugs that were never opened and poured out after the death. Medicare was charged for this of course. I was informed the first day that the nurse would be here in a week. Company doesn't answer the phone and they are unavailable when needed. Unsatisfactory care.
