Automated after hours message did not successfully reserve my appointment. No confirmation received. Showed up for appointment only to be told I did not have one. Since I was first car in service line they did squeeze me in for 90 k service. Waited 4.5 to 5 hours for service. Only update in that time was to be told I needed new breaks. Cost of service was high. Communication from staff was low. My experience is likely ending my use of dealer service and shifting to an independent auto repair/ service .
Wife went to buy new car and Rick helped out choosing what she finally picked. Thanks Rick
