Everyone at Commonwealth Honda is friendly and a pleasure to work with but I want to make two specific shout outs to Buddy and Efrain. I’ve worked with Buddy many times and he’s incredibly kind, down to earth and just a good dude. I recently had the pleasure of working with Efrain and he’s the same way. I took my 2024 Honda Accord in for a complimentary oil change on 5/8/26 through the Honda Service Pass. While checking out, the advisor's screen showed an error message that the vehicle was ineligible, but couldn't explain why. He voided the error and gave me the oil change for free. Fast forward a few weeks, and I received a call demanding payment, claiming the vehicle was ineligible because I am a second owner. Best car shopping experience that I've had so far. My sales representative. was Miguel Genao, who was very accommodating, took care of everything for me, and went out of his way to get me a great deal. I went from a 2024 Honda HR-V to a 2026, and am very happy with the upgrade. Thank you Miguel, and Commonwealth Honda. I look forward to returning when my lease is up!
