I keep going back giving them the benefit of the doubt despite time and time again Commonwealth demonstrating that they really don’t value their customer’s time at all. 1st time it was a recall + oil change where the car sat all day in the lot when I dropped it off. The kicker was they didn’t fix the recall because they forgot to tell me the tank had to be close to empty…so the car sat from 7am to 3pm, to add insult to injury they hadn’t even done the oil change when they called me at almost closing time! Commonwealth Honda made our lease purchase extremely smooth! The facility was clean and we were greeted and helped immediately. Our salesman Shane was outstanding and had great knowledge of the vehicle in question. The wife and I are really happy with the new vehicle.
