They came Into my home to do an inspection for a buyer - it’s summer and the thermostat was not turning on . It needed replacement batteries so without calling my realtor they rummaged through my personal things until the found batteries and just texted my realtor that they changed the batteries. It wasn’t until she probed more that we found out they went through all of my drawers and personal items . Very unprofessional.
