Due to 'legal reasons', I can't say why I'm giving '1 star'. Just do your due diligence in hiring a home inspector.
I do not suggest this company, as I know they are not structural engineers, they did not notice or pick up that there was no load bearing supports for the upstairs of the house, it's a older home and was turned into a open plan. As an inspector that should be top of the radar, no structural engineer was suggested. Now my house has shifted of its foundation, I had a load bearing beam put in but the damage is already done.
