Nurse just came to my home without scheduling appointment while at doctors office. Rescheduled and nurse went to wrong address. Spoke to director who said he would get back to me and never did. Totally unresponsive company - I suggest using Traditional home health - extremely professional and reliable.
I Wish to Thank ALL the Nursing Staff for Their Professionalism, Knowledge, and Sincere Caring which They so Valiantly Render. My Dad ( A Professional Literally his Whole Life, Printer, Musician, Wood - Smith, and a Hell of a Father). Indwelling Foley Cath, & Mid-Term Dementia, Yet he Fights. That Said, My 40 +yrs. w/Med System , Observing From Inside, Book Learning, Yet Nothing Trumps the Fortunate Experience befriending Surgeons & Doctors who Shared & Offered Experiences Which are Priceless.
