Avoid Commonwealth Heating and Cooling at all costs! After 3 months of waiting for Commonwealth to replace a compressor that was under warranty, finally called another company to take care of it. The new company arrived to find that Commonwealth had already removed the compressor and left the unit open. The new company went ahead and replaced he compressor so the a/c would work, with the understanding that we would have Commonwealth return the compressor they had removed so the warranty would be honored. I called Commonwealth when the a/c quit working at a house I was taking care of. Tom and Jake came to diagnose the problem. They were both very professional and courteous and within a matter of 15 minutes were able to pinpoint the problems and have it up and running. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our HVAC unit died about six weeks ago. We were able to buy replacement unit from available stock at our condo complex, but needed installation. Your company went out of your way to schedule and install our new unit within a few days. Awesome service! Great people! We cannot find the words that adequately express our satisfaction and gratitude. THANKS SO MUCH!!
