Im actually writing this while sitting in the waiting area this place is terrible i been sitting here 2 almost 3 hrs and still waiting with some deep cuts that definitely need stitches bleeding everywhere mind you they never clean the blood nor check the wound properly they just took my vitals and told me to wait every time I asked how long would they take they just kept telling me they were waiting on a room if I was bleeding out I'll be dead in case of an emergency don't come here
Update: I had two more children here with good experiences. The only thing I would say is that I was not able to see a lactation consultant with my last baby. My baby was born Easter weekend, so I didn't even get to see an lacation consultant that Monday of discharge. When I had my first baby, there were three LCs employed there. Now, I think there is only one. I'd highly recommend that management would hire at least a second LC to be there on the weekends. I was overjoyed with how amazing my experience was at this hospital. Having my third child there was the best decision. Thank you to everyone that helped me deliver my baby. I cried tears of happiness leaving Moses Taylor Hospital . I had no idea it was possible to have a good experience at a hospital and feel seen and treated kindly all while receiving quality care. I am so thankful and appreciative. Thank you Doctors, Nurses, and all the staff.
I have no faith in these people, nor their ability to practice medicine. They ligit almost killed my son during the delivery. They screwed up everything, from my wife's IV to not knowing what our situation was, and they even took our son out of our room after he was born WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING and NEVER TOLD US. I went rushing through the ward in a semi panic not knowing what happened to him. These people are dangerous. Under no circumstances would I return. None.
Would not deliver here again. Nurses couldn't draw blood or administer IV correctly took them over 9 tries and IV ended up blowing out my vein. Nurse even said she didn't get a return and left it in my arm anyways (never experienced anything like it in my life) When moved into recovery room bathroom was not clean. Dirty washcloths and old toiletries were left in shower. Discharged a day early after being forced into a C-section and had to walk myself out. 😳
