Extremely rude. Asks you for patient info in front of everyone. Seemed very annoyed.
I went for bloodwork the other week. Their lab is now LabCorp and much smaller than the other area. There were only 3 chairs in the waiting area after they checked you in for your tests. I had a long wait for my blood draw. I watched the technicians and they did not wipe the chairs and sanitize between patients. The bathroom I had to use had urine all over the toilet and floor. This seemed extremely unclean and unhygienic. I would not get bloodwork here again.
I recently had visited my primary care physician regarding a shoulder injury. As a follow-up, they requested that I get X-Rays to see what might be the cause. Being I was off for the holiday's I wanted to get it taken care of prior to returning to work. Today, Jan 2nd, I decided to head down to Commonwealth Health Kingston Campus in Edwardsville. Over 40 minutes spent just to get thyroid bloodwork...pitiful!
Terrible customer service from the lady at the front desk. Turned me away at 4:45 even though the lab is supposed to be open until 5:30.
