Extremely rude. Asks you for patient info in front of everyone. Seemed very annoyed.
I went for bloodwork the other week. Their lab is now LabCorp and much smaller than the other area. There were only 3 chairs in the waiting area after they checked you in for your tests. I had a long wait for my blood draw. I watched the technicians and they did not wipe the chairs and sanitize between patients. The bathroom I had to use had urine all over the toilet and floor. This seemed extremely unclean and unhygienic. I would not get bloodwork here again.
I recently had visited my primary care physician regarding a shoulder injury. As a follow-up, they requested that I get X-Rays to see what might be the cause. Being I was off for the holiday's I wanted to get it taken care of prior to returning to work. Today, Jan 2nd, I decided to head down to Commonwealth Health Kingston Campus in Edwardsville.
