Entire office just wants to sit in their phones & not take care of their patients, even the doctor.
I had to get an MRI brain scan and about halfway through it. I had an anxiety attack… One of the technicians held my hand during the second set of pictures. I think she was an angel. This went way beyond anything that I would've expected everybody there is very professional!
I like the people who work there. Very friendly, always answers my questions and explains things to me on what tests they are doing.
Very rude and discriminatory staff, my little 12 yr old brother was having issues with his ribs so I took him in by doctors orders. Staff took one look at me (Hispanic with tattoos and piercings oh noooo) and assumed I was in the wrong location and tried to shun me and my brother away. I had to call the doctors office to tell them we’re supposed to be here because they literally refused to believe me.
