The community is in a fantastic location, walking distance to the amenities of Upper Montclair and ~10 mins from 2 different train stations. The townhouses are spacious and a perfect stepping stone for our family. We are fortunate to have Dee as our Superintendent and is a huge asset to the community. He is kind and friendly, and always available to resolve any issue. We have greatly enjoyed our first year here.
D is a wonderful super, always attentive and helps address any issues we have in the apartment.
My wife and I have been living in Commonwealth Gardens for a little over seven years, and during that time we’ve had exceptional service from our property superintendent Dee. Early morning, noon or late in the evening, he is available to solve problems. Dee makes residence feel like they are an Important and always is prompt and professional. The property is well maintained and Dee is proactive with maintenance. It’s a great place to live and glad Dee and his family are our neighbors.
