I got several mailing pieces that exclaimed Judges overturned a previous ruling by a lower court - imagine that, Judges changing a previous ruling. So like the US Supreme Court overturning Roe vs Wade after 50 years? Hello - that's what Judges do. We may not like the original ruling or we may not like the new ruling, but it's not unique or an outlier.
