We used Brian Fenner for 2 projects recently. All he cared about was receiving payment before he even completed the inspections for us. He then proceeded to look up owner of our company and call him to pester about payment after it was already sent out in mail. Totally rude and arrogant on the phone, doesn’t care about your business at all! Terrible at responding and communicating. I would never recommend using this inspector again!
Contractor used them everything passed per these people. Now we are getting more work done and low and behold it was far from up to code!! Today’s workforce gets paid for not doing their jobs !!
I’ve done 10+ inspections through them. Their inspectors generally do not return phone calls or show up to scheduled appointments. Also they conveniently like to be cash only and do not provide receipts

The inspector gave the wrong information then tried to lie and cover his tracks because he didn’t want to admit that he had initially gave the wrong directions
