Dr. Brian Fishero, the audiologist, and the professional staff at Commonwealth ENT Specialists were just that…professional specialists. Dr. Fishero saw me as a patient and did not look at my medical history on a screen during the visit.
the front desk women were very rude! one of them lied and told me they had a grace period ( which i arrived in) and then said she couldn't see me....she then charged me 115$ copay and hasn't refunded me still. would never come here again just because of the front desk workers
Dr Fishero is really conscientious and thorough. My surgery turned out better than hoped for. Definitely recommend.
